Meringue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large egg whites, room temperature
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Using an electric mixer, beat whites and cream of tartar in a large bowl to soft peaks.
Gradually add sugar and continue until stiff and glossy.
Spread meringue over filling, sealing meringue to crust edges and mounding slightly in center. Bake until brown about 10 minutes.
