Sweet-N-Sour Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 lb. smoked sausage
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. apricot preserves
    1 c. pineapple chunks
    rice
Preparation
    Cook green pepper, onion and sausage 5 minutes.
    Combine cornstarch and ginger.
    Stir in vinegar.
    Add soy sauce and preserves.
    Stir into sausage mixture.
    Heat over low heat until thickened.
    Stir in pineapple; heat.
    Serve over rice.
