Best Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. salted butter, cold
2 lb. (6 medium) Russet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. half and half
1/2 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Rub 1 tablespoon butter on bottom of 1-quart baking dish. Overlap potatoes in 3 layers, sprinkling each layer with a little salt.
Pour
half and half over potatoes, just enough to cover them. Dot top with remaining 1 tablespoon butter (optional).
Bake at 325\u00b0
in middle of oven for 45 minutes.
