Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs, well beaten
    3/4 c. orange juice
    grated rind of 1 orange
    1 c. nut meats
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. melted butter or magarine
    2 Tbsp. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. cranberries, cut in halves
Preparation
    Mix wet ingredients with dry, after having sifted dry ingredients in large bowl.
    Bake in 2 loaf pans (5 x 9-inch) sprayed with Pam at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
