Lasagna Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    lasagna noodles, cooked
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 jar prepared spaghetti sauce
    1 to 2 c. Mozzarella cheese (for topping)
Preparation
    Cook lasagna noodles per package directions.
    Mix together all cheeses (except topping cheese), egg and parsley to make filling. Place 1/3 cup filling on lasagna noodles and roll up like a pinwheel (seam side down).
    Place in baking pan that has 1 cup of spaghetti sauce spread on bottom.
    Continue until filling mixture is used up.
    Cover rolls with remaining spaghetti sauce and 1 to 2 cups Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
