Cheesecake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. lemon peel, grated
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs, separated (whites beaten stiff; reserve 3 Tbsp. for crust)
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, peel and vanilla until well blended.
    Add yolks, one at a time, mixing well after each one.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
