Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 boiled, deboned chicken
1/2 c. broth
1 chopped bell pepper
1 chopped onion
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped (optional, makes it extremely hot)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. shredded cheese
1 pkg. Doritos chips (8 oz. size)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except chips in a large bowl.
Add chips; fold in.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cover with foil for first 30 minutes cooking time and then remove foil for the last 30 minutes cooking time.
