Peppers And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) roasted pepper
    1/2 lb. Provolone, cubed
    1/3 c. Colavita olive oil
    salt and pepper
    oregano
    basil
Preparation
    Drain roasted peppers; place in a bowl.
    Mix with Provolone. Dress with spices and olive oil.
    Refrigerate overnight or serve immediately.
