Corny Dogs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
9 Tbsp. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
2/3 c. milk
Preparation

Beat together and dip skewered hot dogs in batter before deep frying.
A corn-on-the-cob dish is a good shape for dipping when batter gets low.
Makes 15 to 16 corny dogs.
