Zucchini In Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. dry white wine
    4 c. zucchini, cut into 1/2 inch slices
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    2 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
Preparation
    Heat wine to boiling in 10-inch skillet.
    Stir in zucchini, garlic and basil.
    Cover and heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in onion.
    Cook uncovered until zucchini is crisp and tender and liquid is reduced, 3 to 5 minutes longer.
