Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground round or ground chuck
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1 onion
    1 can chicken rice soup
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cut up pimento
    1 c. raw Minute rice
Preparation
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Mixture can be frozen.
    If this is done, leave rice out until baking time.
