Creamed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Russet potatoes, peeled and cut in cubes
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Bring potatoes to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until tender. In another saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk and sour cream. Bring to a boil. Stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Drain potatoes. Add cream sauce. Toss gently. Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese and parsley.
