3 sticks butter or margarine
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1 lb. candied cherries
1 lb. candied pineapple
2 1/2 qt. nuts
Preparation

Cream butter or margarine and sugar. Add rest of ingredients. Coat fruit and nuts with 1/2 of the flour. Put other 1/2 in batter (add a little pumpkin pie spice to flour, if desired). Mix all together and drop from teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes. Yield: 250 cookies.
