Lemon Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. evaporated milk, thoroughly chilled
    1 pkg. lemon gelatin
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1/3 c. honey
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 lemon rind, grated
    2 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add honey, salt, lemon juice and rind.
    When it has congealed slightly, beat evaporated milk until stiff, then whip gelatin into it.
