Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large chicken breast halves, boiled and cut into bite-size pieces
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes with green chilies
    1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 lb. Velveeta, grated
Preparation
    Cook in crock-pot on high for 1 hour.
    Stir in 1/2 pound bag of Doritos, coarsely crushed.
    Continue cooking 20 to 30 minutes.
