Waldorf Astoria Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
    2 tsp. tapioca
    3 lb. stew meat, cut up (no fat)
    1 c. diced celery
    2 c. carrots
    2 medium onions, diced
    4 potatoes, diced
    season to taste (I use 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, 1/4 tsp. cumin, 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt and 1 tsp. basil leaves)
Preparation
    Stir tapioca together with soup and water.
    Add remaining ingredients and season to taste.
    Place in 250\u00b0 oven for 5 hours. Do not lift lid.
