Steak Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. paprika
    4 large pieces steak
    1 egg, beaten
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 thin slices Mozzarella cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix with mushrooms, mixed according to directions on pkg.
Preparation
    Mix crumbs, Parmesan, salt and paprika.
    Dip chops into egg and roll in crumb mixture.
    Heat butter and brown chops on both sides.
    Cover each with a slice of Mozzarella cheese.
    Pour spaghetti sauce mix, to which the tomato sauce has been added, over steak.
    If sauce is too thick, add a little water.
    Cover and simmer for about 45 minutes.
