Super Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. carrots, shredded
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    3 c. flour (unsifted)
    5 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. raisins
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cream eggs, sugar and oil together, then add dry ingredients. Add last pineapple, coconut, raisins and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour in greased 11 x 15-inch pan.
