Hamburger Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. medium noodles
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. cream-style cottage cheese
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    2 bunches green onions with tops (14 onions), sliced (1 c.)
    1 medium green pepper, chopped (3/4 c.)
    1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles in a large amount of boiling, salted water; drain.
    Cook beef until brown.
    Stir in tomato sauce, sugar, salt, garlic salt and pepper.
    Remove from heat.
