Red Cabbage Simplified(4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. red cabbage, finely shredded
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    6 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. vinegar or white wine
    1 Tbsp. caraway seed
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Saute lightly the onion in this.
    Add sugar, wine and seed.
    Add cabbage and cook covered for 20 minutes on low heat.
