Barbecue Slaw - Eastern Carolina - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. mustard
    3/4 c. sweet pickle cubes
    2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Grate cabbage in a large bowl. Combine all other ingredients and mix well. Chill for 1 hour before serving. Makes about 20 servings.
