Sauerkraut And Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sauerkraut
    1/4 c. fat
    1/4 c. water
    3 apples, cored and quartered
    1 small onion, sliced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed
    2 small potatoes, grated
Preparation
    Combine sauerkraut, fat, water, apples and onion.
    Cook slowly until apples are tender.
    Add salt, sugar, caraway seed and potatoes.

    minutes or until potatoes are done.
    Makes 6 servings.
