Spinach Souffl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs
    6 egg whites
    1/2 c. milk
    2 pkg. frozen spinach
    1 c. low-fat shredded cheese (any flavor)
    1/2 tsp. salt (if desired)
    1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to directions.
    Whip eggs and milk together.
    Whip egg whites together.
    Pour eggs and milk mixture over cooked spinach in 9 x 13 glass dish.
    Stir in egg whites and shredded cheese.
    Sprinkle Parmesan on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Can substitute kale or broccoli for spinach.
