Ingredients

2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons butter
1 20 oz. can pineapple slices drained
1/4 cup rum warmed
Preparation

Cook butter and brown sugar over med heat. Add pineapples; reduce heat to low. Cook 4 more min. Then cook on the other side of slice until soft. Add rum and flambe, stay clear of the flames.
