Chicken And Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cut up chicken
1 c. chicken stock
1/2 c. lemon juice
salt and pepper
1/2 c. cream
1/2 c. pecans, sauteed in butter
Preparation
-
Brown chicken and add stock, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cook for 20 to 30 minutes until done.
Remove chicken from pan and defat liquid.
Reduce sauce, then add cream and pecans.
Return chicken to the pan.
Serve with pecans on top of chicken.
Serves 4.
