Apricot Strudel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. flour
    salt
    1 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. apricot jam
    1/2 c. coconut
    some chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cut as pie crust.
    Add 1 cup sour cream.
    Divide into 2 parts. Roll out to about 12 x 10-inches.
    Spread with apricot jam, coconut and chopped nuts.
    Roll as jelly roll.
    Repeat with remaining dough.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
