Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced unpared zucchini
    1 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    dash of pepper
    1 garlic clove
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease rectangular 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Mix all ingredients; spread in pan.
    Bake until golden brown about 30 minutes.
    Cut into rectangular shapes, about 2 x 1-inches. Refrigerate leftovers.
    Yields 4 dozen.
