Almond Pancake Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. nonfat dry milk
1 c. whole-wheat flour
2/3 c. baking powder
1 Tbsp. salt
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. almonds, finely ground
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

In a large bowl, stir all ingredients together until well blended. Store in a resealable plastic bag. Yield: about 7 1/2 cups of pancake mix; enough for 3 batches of pancakes.
