Low-Fat Corn Oil Pastry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. corn oil
3 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation

Sift flour, salt and baking powder together. With fork or pastry knife cut in oil, then ice water, a tablespoon at a time, until mixture leaves sides of bowl.
Double recipe for more or larger crust.
