French Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. regular flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    3/4 c. shortening
    4 eggs
    4 tsp. flour
    2 c. sugar
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    grated rind of lemon
Preparation
    Mix 1 3/4 cups flour, pinch of salt and powdered sugar.
    Melt shortening and pour over mixture.
    Press into 9 x 13-inch greased pan, leave a slight raised edge.
    Bake 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
