Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. grated orange peel
    1/4 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 egg
    1 c. fresh cranberries, cut in half
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Sift flour and re-measure.
    Add other dry ingredients.
    Add cranberries and nuts last.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes to 1 hour in 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
