Quick Buttermilk Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 pkg. dry yeast
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 c. lukewarm buttermilk
Preparation

Warm the buttermilk.
Add yeast and oil.
Mix well. Add sugar, egg and flour (more if needed). Roll out at once and cut biscuits.
Brush with butter.
Fold over and let rise 1 hour or until raised.
Bake until brown in a 350\u00b0 oven.
