Oriental Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1/3 c. finely chopped water chestnuts
    3 Tbsp. catsup
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Combine first 10 ingredients and mix well.
    Shape into 10 x 5-inch slightly round loaf in a 2 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave at High for 14 to 18 minutes or until firm to touch.
    Turn dish a half turn after 7 minutes.
    Drain off excess dripping. (Note:
    Use a custard cup to keep the ring shaped loaf in shape during cooking.)
