Easy Loaf Of Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 egg
    1 c. sour cream
    2 1/3 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Dough will be stiff.
    Put in greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan or Pyrex loaf pan.
    Let rise until double in size.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Do not knead mixture.
