1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 (14 oz.) bag Kraft caramels
1 stick butter
1 small can Eagle Brand milk
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Prepare cake by package instructions.
Pour half of batter into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
