Vegetable Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. margarine
4 slices bread, trimmed and cubed
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. cooked green beans
1 c. cooked carrots
1 c. cooked peas
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. grated Tillamook cheese
Preparation

Scald milk with margarine in saucepan.
Stir in bread remove from heat, add eggs mixing well.
Arrange vegetables in greased baking dish, pour milk mixture over top.
Top with cheese, bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
