Quick And Easy Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature)
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
2 eggs
2 c. packaged biscuit mix
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation

Cream together sugar and cheese until light and fluffy.
Beat in mashed bananas and eggs.
Add biscuit mix and nuts by hand. Stir until mix is moistened well.
Pour into well-greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until done.
