Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetable combination, thawed and drained
    1 can cream soup (mushroom, celery or chicken)
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
    1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained (optional)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 cup onions in large bowl.
    Pour into a shallow pre-sprayed casserole.
    Bake, covered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until vegetables are done.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions in diagonal rows across top.
    Bake 5 more minutes until top is brown.
