White Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

11 c. flour
4 pkg. active dry yeast
4 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
4 1/2 c. very hot water
Preparation

Mix 4 cups of
flour,
yeast,
sugar
and salt in large bowl. Stir well and
add
shortening.
Add
hot
water to dry ingredients, all at once.
Mix
at medium speed for 2 minutes. Add 2 cups flour; mix at high speed for 1 minute.
Add remaining flour; mix by hand.
