Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 can tomato soup
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can water
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 cans enchilada sauce
    10 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Fry ground beef and onion; add soup, sauce and water.
    Cover bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan with meat mixture, then tortillas and cheese.
    Layer top with meat and cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 about 30 minutes until bubbly and top is brown.
    Servings:
    about 6.
