Chicken Stir-Fry(Curry) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. peanut oil
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    3 c. broccoli, coarsely chopped
    2 medium onions, cut in eighths
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    chicken broth or bouillon (approximately 1 3/4 c.)
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1 c. salted peanuts (may use unsalted or dry roast)
Preparation
    In large skillet, over medium-high heat, heat 2 tablespoons peanut oil.
    Add chicken and garlic; stir-fry for 3 minutes or until chicken is done.
    Remove from skillet.
    Heat remaining oil, stir-fry broccoli and onions for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Drain pineapple, reserving liquid.
