Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 to 5 lb.) lean rump roast
    1/2 c. fresh grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
    4 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. oregano leaves, crushed
    1 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    olive oil (to bind)
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and add enough olive oil to make a paste. Spread over meat.
    Put into a crock-pot on low setting and cook all day.
    Use as a meal with pasta or it makes great sandwiches.
