Egg, Cheese, Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
6 potatoes
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Boil eggs and potatoes until done.
Peel the skin off of the potatoes.
Take the shells off the eggs.
Slice eggs and potatoes. Make a layer of potatoes, then a layer of eggs, then a layer of cheese.
Keep doing this until the casserole dish is full.
Pour white sauce made of butter, flour and milk over dish.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
