Broccoli Cornbread(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. stone ground yellow cornbread mix
    1/2 stick oleo, softened
    8 oz. Egg Beaters or 4 eggs
    1 small (12 oz.) pkg. cottage cheese (small curd, low-fat)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped and thawed
    1/4 tsp. onion flakes or to taste
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Spray large 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with Pam. Mix all ingredients in order given until well blended.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
    This makes a large amount of bread.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
    Leftovers are good toasted. Serves 8.
