Grandma Charron'S Rice And Artichoke Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. chicken Rice-A-Roni
    6 green onions, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
    2 stalks celery, chopped fine
    12 stuffed green olives, sliced
    2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichokes (use the oil too)
    3/4 Tbsp. curry powder
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. toasted pecans
Preparation
    Cook rice and add onions, pepper, celery, artichokes, olives, curry and mayonnaise. Blend well. Add pecans last.
    Serve warm temperature or cooled.
