Mary'S Fluffy Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    3/4 c. water
    1 c. boiling water
    2 eggs
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    7 1/2 to 8 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar together.
    Add boiling water.
    Let cool and then add beaten eggs.
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water, then add to mixture.
    Work in salt and flour. Cover and put in warm place for 2 hours to rise.
    Then work down and roll out. Cut like biscuits.
    Place in lightly greased pan and let rise 1 hour. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
