Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
2 c. white sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/4 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
3 c. chopped apples
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. ReaLemon juice

Preparation

Combine sugar, oil, salt, vanilla, lemon and eggs.
Sift flour, cinnamon and soda; add flour mixture alternately to the sugar mixture.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours in a greased and floured tube pan.
Top while hot with Brown Sugar Glaze.
