My Mother'S "Best" Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
1 c. catsup
1 large onion, grated
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch

Preparation

Mix everything together except cornstarch and water.
Boil until clear and add to other ingredients.
Stir until mixed.
