Potato Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 long white potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. milk (as needed)
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation

Boil potatoes in jackets; drain.
Peel and mash thoroughly. Add salt, pepper, butter and milk.
Place in greased 2-quart casserole.
Combine whipping cream and cheese; spread over top of potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
This may be prepared ahead of time and browned just before serving.
