Shrimp Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. minced, cooked shrimp
    2 Tbsp. chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. chopped olives
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    sliced, stuffed olives
Preparation
    In bowl, stir cream cheese until smooth.
    Blend in shrimp, chili sauce, olives, onion and lemon juice.
    Shape into a log and garnish with sliced stuffed olives.
    Chill thoroughly.
    Serve with Pepperidge Farm hearty wheat crackers.
    Makes 2 1/2 cups.
